Ballpoint pens make great carry-pens because the tip can be retracted into the pen where it won’t mark up your shirt pocket. These are high quality medium weight pens that will serve you for years. The oil based ink in this style pen does not dry out and so doesn’t require a cap. The ink refill lasts much longer than either a rollerball or fountain pen.
